Broken out of the box. Roomba customer service horrible. Broken - Runs with constant clicking, only runs for 40 - 50 mins per charge, started speaking French for no reason (English speaking family). We already own a Roomba 650, and love it. Called the Roomba customer service, and wanted to send a replacement brush. Maybe that would address the horrible sound, would not fix the battery / software challanges. We got a bad unit, and there is no support from the iRobot / Roomba side of the business. Overall Horrible - do not recommend product or company.
