Updated: I loved it at first. We had to clean it from time to time like the lid of the water reservoir said to do, but it worked for several months. But after about 6 months it stopped working. We cleaned it. We tried everything we read about or could think of. It will not make coffee anymore, with cups or with grounds. It was nice while it lasted, but it wasn't worth it.
