Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I'm an avid fan of Anker products and was initially ecstatic to use this to charge our various phones since our first 5-port Anker charger worked well. However, charging my iPhone 5 in this 10-port Anker charger resulted to bloating my battery :( Another phone, Alcatel brand, gave a warning message to remove from charging due to overcurrent! I'm really wary now of continuing to use this to charge our phones if it will result to battery damage or worse, completely destroying our iPhones and other phones. What happened to its claim of iQ technology?
