Bought this for my boyfriend for Xmas, we opened presents early, and the pillow was super hard, and felt like it hard sharp pieces inside it. When I opened the pillow to inspect, there were TONS of hard plastic pieces. My boyfriend had already thrown out all the packaging otherwise I would return. I felt so bad that I ended up just picking out all the pieces to try and make it better. Too much effort for an expensive pillow. I’m super disappointed :(
