After talking with TREAGER grills tech support because my grill stopped working and having them being very rude, they had me taking the grill apart stripping wires and then sticking a screwdriver up in to the mechanism to get the fan going – my grill finally started working. Great – now I go into prep my food and when I come out my grill is on fire and the hopper is burning. Call back tech support and told that I and 5 days past my 30 day warrantee and they not going to replace – REALLY, I say I’ll just cancel the payment on my credit card – they threaten me with collections – DON’T BUY A TRAEGER
