UPDATE: I called the company and Greenworks is blaming the problem on my extension cord. That is NOT the problem. The 3rd photo is my Greenworks brand new mower at the curb for garbage pick-up. ORIGINAL POST: Twenty minutes out of the box and this mower stopped working. I kid you not. I thought it overheated, but here the next day, it still doesn't turn on. The blade is not jammed. Rotates freely. Not a problem with the extension cord. Now what? Throw it away? Ship it back to the manufacturer? Darn, I already recycled the box. I wish I had not bought this. At least with a gas engine there's some hope of fixing it. But with electric? It either works or not. And right now, the mower is not working. The pics show the lawn where it stopped. This is not tough grass; just a typical Florida lawn. Very disappointed that I have not heard back from company after two business days.
