Delivery received on Sept 14, 2017. Regular daily use, and today Feb 25, 2018, it has destroyed itself. My hubby took off the bottom plate under coffee maker after receiving a E rl error message and water on the counter, only to find the hoses for the water have crumbled apart. There are scorch marks as well on the underside. Insanely upset about this. If I spend this kind of money on your product, I expect more than 6 months use, and no crazy fire hazard.
