I am totally disgusted with this product. It no longer works at all... I put it on my bed and began using it mid November when it became chilly out. It worked fabulous at first but now, 2 months after usage, it is no longer working at all. I thought I would purchase a more expensive heating blanket rather than a cheaper one because my last blanket, which worked some for at least 3 years would turn itself off sometimes in the middle of the night. My thinking was, this blanket is a better quality blanket, it should last and evenly warm my bed for the next few winters without heat fluctuation. I liked it so much because of how evenly it warmed my bed that I bought a second one for my basement bedroom. Boy was I wrong...I see no place to contact this seller...My blanket doesn't work at all, the lights do not come on to do anything. Disappointed is not the word for what I feel. I will make sure that everybody who I know will know not to buy this blanket... Disgusted in Michigan for sure
