Horrible. Maybe I got a lemon, but this thing doesn't work. Got this specifically because we have animals. It gets jammed and clogged CONSTANTY -- like every single time we use it. It doesn't pick stuff up. Constantly having to turn it over, pull out hair, unclog the tube, and it still does not work properly. Sorry I bought it, and even sorrier I paid $400 for it. Dyson Customer Service tells me to contact Amazon -- Amazon tells me to contact Dyson. Terrible!!
