It was used 4 times in 1 1/2 years and then stopped working. Took it to the local repair shop and he said he couldn't fix it because of all the headaches Bissell (company) makes it on repair operators for warranty work. He doesn't even sell Bissell because it's a full time job just fixing this brand. By the way this was the second one, the first one didn't work out of the box and had to send it back. $400.00 is a lot of money for something that lasts for a short period of time
