This vacuum's motor stopped working after 6 weeks. For the past 3 weeks I have been calling customer service because allegedly this product is under warranty. They keep me on hold for over an hour, then a machine says they will call back, which they do hours later and then if I am not by the vacuum at that moment tell me I have to start the process over again when I am at home. They refuse to give me a direct line to actually talk to somebody. I have finally given up on having my "warranty" fulfilled. My last call I asked to speak to a manager- they put me on hold and finally I had to hang up after 30 minutes.
