Item shipped is NOT SAF Gold Yeast
The item shipped appears to be manufactured for LeSaffre Yeast Corporation in Mexico. It is labeled "Instant Success Yeast" although a sticker on the cello packaging for the 2 X 1# packs says that it is SAF-Instant Yeast, Gold. Some light research appears to indicate "Instant Success Yeast" is normally distributed in SE Asia, specifically Vietnam. The product cannot be returned because it is a food stuff. However, Amazon was happy to credit the cost back to my card. For now I must order my SAF Gold from somewhere else. Too bad as it has in the past been easy to get through Amazon.
