Disappointed with the deception. Buyer beware!! When I bought this Professional set, I was very excited and within a few weeks I ordered a second set for my daughter to make smoothies. We have been using it once a week for about 4 months. Now it has stopped working completely. It has a one year warranty. Called the company. They said that they would repair it under warranty. The catch: you have to send $14.95 for shipping, though it actually costs only $7.99. They pretend that they pay for one way shipping, but in reality they charge you double. Not that I am worried about the charge, I do not like their deception. I have offered to send it to them at my expense and they return it to me at their expanse. But they do not agree. I have other food processors that have worked so well many years without any problem. I have not decided whether to repair it, maybe I should look for a better one. Being said that, I have to say that it works well when it does. Danny
