I saw a similar device in a YouTube video and thought it would be a good thing for me to try. This specific device was not really very functional The edges of the comb are rough (meaning that as you use the device on your hair, your finger will hurt from the rough edges). The edges of the prong end of the device was equally unfinished and my hair was getting caught on the rough edges so that it wouldn't slide easily down my hair. I am going to return it.
