The first fan did not work and I returned it. The second fan I received had a speed controller with a connector which was too small a diameter for the cable to connect in to the fan. I tried to contact the company via its web site, but got error message the the warranty address listed did not exist. At this point I decided to return the fan and to purchase a fan from someone else.
