Do not buy this product! I bought this product based on my research which relied heavily on reviews. Super disappointed! Throughout the entire assembly I continued to find the so called "quality wood" infested with termite damage! Should be labeled "termite farm". Hard to believe what their calling quality and how did all these pieces pass their inspection before shipping out. Also the inner lid does not fit and since it comes assembled, there's nothing to do about it. I guess what bothers me even more is that when I emailed the company they said they would take care of the problem. That's the last I had heard from them and I have bees coming in less than a week! Good luck with customer service follow up as they have no phone number. Meanwhile I'm left with the termite farm. Continuation of story. ... The company finally got back to me by email, again they will not reply by phone and not very prompt I might add. They stated that the pictures I had sent them did not accurately represent their quality and assured me better quality. I wanting to trust in someone's word, order more hive boxes based on their statement, but once again was very disappointed with more of the same quality issues as before. I reached out to them to try to resolve the problem and their response was jaw dropping! They told me if I didn't like the product, not to order it again! Seriously.... I would not have bought more but based on what they assured me I did, and this is how their "customer service", treats me? I strongly recommend buying from someone else. I will also be adding more pictures of their "quality" hive box kit.
