I never write online reviews, but this product is a scam. I would rate less then one star if possible. Do not buy this safe, because you cannot use it unless you pay SentrySafe more money. I could not figure out how to set the combination to this safe, so I called the customer service number. I was told that to acquire the combination I had to pay $25 online or $35 over the phone. Unfortunately, the safe is now just a heavy box that needs to be discarded. I will never purchase another SentrySafe product.
