I received a very last minute notification on a flash sale for this product and impulse bought it since it was relatively cheap and I was in the market for a new curling wand in this size. Unfortunately, I did not notice that the product wasn't eligible to be returned; in my haste to make the payment before the remaining 1-2 minutes of the sale window. The wand does not heat evenly, the tip is far too small to be practical for traditional styling methods, and the heat glove that comes with it is an absolute joke. The fingers of the glove are 8-9 inches long, making it impossible to actually wear or use. I love shopping Amazon recommended products and have found a lot of great deals but this isn't one of them and I was very disappointed that I couldn't return it.
