Had such high hopes for these boxes. Several of my 20 piece set came cracked -- several lids had poor suction. Contacted OXO customer service and got a recording that told me they had long wait times and to leave a message. Left 8 messages over the course of 3 weeks before finally just waiting the over 40 min on hold to talk to someone. They explained that their messages have not been working and that they just get a busy signal when they play them back -- seems like something a large company should be able to fix. She told me to call Amazon about my issue since they shipped it. I explained that the note in the box specifically said to call OXO. She said that people tell her that a lot. She doesn't understand "why they do that". I told her I could send her pictures of the broken boxes and the note in the box telling me to contact customer service. She was unhelpful. The supervisor was "in a meeting". Unfortunately, I waited so long for them to reply to my voicemails that the Amazon window expired. Not the quality product or customer service experience I expected for my $200. Had they answered the phone and offered to ship me a replacement product, I may have left them 5 stars, but for the quality of the product and service I received, I will not be a returning customer nor can I recommend them to anyone else.
