I am absolutely disgusted with this product. It was supposed to be brand new, yet it was INFESTED with bugs and eggs. I have never received a product with this problem before. I am horrified and dumbfounded how a product that is meant to DETER bugs was infested with bugs. I bought this item for my daughter who has asthma and terrible allergies, and now I have to worry about BUGS in her bed. I can not believe a product advertised as this one would have a bug infestation within it. I am so disappointed with this product and I would rate it less than 1 star, but that is not possible. I would never recommend this to anyone, especially considering those who purchase this item most likely are already dealing with allergies and asthma.
