Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I originally had the 1 gallon, but I ruined it by putting it in the dishwasher. I then decided to get the 2.5 gallon. Even after removing the filter, the water does not empty into the bowl like it should. Occasionally a small puddle of water might flow into the bowl, but most time it is almost dry. I don't understand why some reviews are positive, it seems as if they made the jug sit to close to the bottom of the bowl, therefore not allowing water to flow, but apparently everybody doesn't have this same problem. I have to shake the heck out of it to try to get some water in the bowl, which defeats the whole purpose of buying a watering bowl.
