We have had a serious fly problem this summer and bought this because my mom has one and said she likes hers. I caught some fruit flies and a couple of mosquitoes, but no flies. Currently there are 5 flies zooming past the Katchy and it’s not Katchy-ing. In fact, I even decided to make it more enticing by adding a snack to the middle. I got up this morning to see a fly sitting in the Katchy getting some good UV light therapy and enjoying the gentle breeze provided by the Katchy. It was like a fly spa. So I shot some video footage and attached it for your viewing pleasure. We’ve since named the fly Carl, and he says hi from Texas, and recommends you send your flies down here to the new kitchen Katchy Spa. We are a fly friendly environment apparently.
