After about 30 days of use it stopped displaying anything other than -58.0. I replaced the battery with several different brands of batteries and it still displays -58.0 only. I have contacted the seller several times and have not gotten any response from them regarding a replacement or how to fix the problem. I have the Javelin PT12 which works great and expected this one to be even better. It's not. Update: 9/18/2018: Received a prepaid mailing label on 8/16/2018 to return my defective Javelin to Lavatools for them to replace/fix it. Returned it the next day and was told it would be replaced or repaired within 5-7 days. Well.. after almost a month nothing has been done. No updates. Nothing. I contacted them 3 days ago and requested an update on my return and have not received any update or response. Customer support so far has been poor to horrible. The only time I receive a response is when I post on the Amazon site. When the product works it's great when it doesn't you're out of luck.
