I have a hard time believing all these 5 star ratings are real, because I just got this today brand new and it is awful. I followed all directions, putting it on a level, non-carpeted surface, and it comes up with a different weight every time I step on the scale. I'm not talking about a difference of a fraction of a pound either. I've gotten weights ranging 15 pounds in 6 hours. Don't be fooled. Stay away from this scale.
