UPDATED (10 months after purchase) - Initial issues mentioned in initial review were addressed by a replacement. With weekly to bi-weekly use for no more than 5 minutes at a time, the same and new issues slowly developed over a 10-month period to the point I was no longer able to use - read below for details. -Leak in cleaning solution tank worsened to the point that any liquid completely drains. Took me forever to catch on I wasn't spraying it all out but rather it leaked out after putting it away. I don't even want to think about the wasted money on refill purchases. - Started spraying black liquid on the initial spray when using. I did not change storing location. No idea! - Charge does not last and is so slow to charge. - Spray no longer work. Squeeze trigger and nada. This thing works for stains when it itself works right. FORMER POST: This thing gets up stains and works for what it is intended to do; however, I have experienced two issues. When not in use and sitting up I noticed it leaks. Also, the power cord port is difficult to use. The instructions say the port will slide out of the way when you plug it in but it's more like you have to forcefully push it in. The first time I did it I was worried I was going to break something.
