This was going to be a gift for my grandmother (delivered Oct. 17th) and I couldn't be more disappointed. Thankfully, I tested it out first. I'll spare you the in depth tirade and summate below: Pros: pretty colors, durable fabrics, zippered compartments/drawstring/velcro closures Cons: the platform was too narrow for a bottled water pack (primary reason for purchase, that is my mistake), the wheels are of a plastic type material (not much traction when pulling), lackluster construction -- one set of wheels wouldn't latch and when they did, the end cap popped off (small broken inner post). The stitching at an obvious stress point on the bag (the top handle-- see pics) unraveled after THE FIRST USE (Oct. 21st-- 4 big lots 2'x5' runners, appx 4" dia ea). TL;DR-- Frankly, I wouldn't buy it, I wouldn't recommend it and I'm debating the potential irritation of asking for a refund.
