Not waterproof (aka pee proof). I used it on our toddlers bed, he had an accident, and it leaked right though. Very annoyed I even wasted my money on two of these. The only thing this is good for, is its like a second top sheet. Don't buy it if you're looking to protect your mattress from liquid accidents.
