Not cooling, makes bed even hotter
I purchased this because of the claim that it is a cooling mattress topper. This matress pad made our bed even hotter. It is soft but it isn't cooling at all
*UPDATE* The company has been emailing me trying to give me a refund in exchange for a good review or removal of my review. I will not be doing that because it's dishonest and people won't know the truth about the product if honest reviews are removed or changed.
