We have been purchasing these little traps for a number of years. They came as a nicely-packaged set of 6 empty traps including a small bottle of yellowish-colored solution that smelled like vinegar, as shown in the photos. You had to fill the traps to half-full using the bottle of solution which was very simple to do! The traps and solution worked GREAT to catch and kill fruit flies, which is why we were a repeat customer. However, judging from recent negative reviews, we learn that Beapco has changed their product to traps that are 'pre-filled' with a reddish-colored solution that no longer catches the flies. We appreciate knowing about this unfortunate change and will not be purchasing these anymore unless Beapco returns to their previously great product. Very disappointing situation!
