I don't think that a lot of people rating these pillows are pillow snobs. Yes your head does go all the way down which is what it's supposed to but there's not enough fill in it to make it comfortable it's just flat and it shouldn't be. There was also a smell coming from the pillow within which means that the birds were not cleaned I don't know but this is definitely not a pillow that's worth 4 stars. Since I've ordered Pacific down pillows before I think I will order those from Amazon. I know that Sorbella has awesome pillows and they make pillows for Aria the Bellagio. Amazon carries both looking to them you would definitely get a good deal on your pillows. They both are US based companies.
