I bought this juicer a year ago for my grandmother. I juice carrots for her eye health. It’s been fine. A few weeks ago the plastic piece on the strainer (shown in picture) popped off and basically makes juicing impossible because it all gets stuck. I’ve tried contacting the seller (4 emails, calls to a number they provided but that has been disconnected, and multiple social media messages) but no response. This company claims the product is under warranty but what good is that when you can’t get a hold of anyone??? My grandmother is now without juice and out $160. If the seller sees this PLEASE contact us as this is so frustrating and no way to do business.
