I was one Of their KickStarter backers. After a long delay I finally got mine. Worked for about two weeks and quit without warning. This was an important access for for me. It was an outside door and it has rained. Their faq clearly street it would survive the elements, not true in this case.. After hours is trying to jump start it and seeing the lights go on but the mechanism not being activate I spent 60 minutes using a blowdrier and it finally work. Do not buy if you want it for an outside place. Ruined my weekend
