I knew of this product when I stayed at Crowne Plaza in Amsterdam. They have this tiny spray as part of their amenities. It really helped me sleep. I brought home this spray and was happy to see it available on Amazon. The first time I did a quick spritz on my pillows and snuggled to sleep, I started coughing. Smell was strong so unlike the one I brought home from AMS. I had to change the pillowcases. Two nights later, i dabbed a teeny weeny amount on my pillow - still got the same effect. This particular spray i got from Amazon is Made in UK and the one I had from AMS was made in Czech exclusively for the said hotel chain. It seems different though - but can't say if it's authentic or not. I'm just not happy. I may try another brand next time
