I ordered this topper, I felt it was extremely soft , too soft for my needs , but additionally within 6 months of usage it started to tear in 2 areas and eventually the topper tears grew. I contacted the company for a refund which they would not provide. I sent at least 3 emails mails and have not heard anything. I hesitate to write negative review but I feel I have a legitimate complaint that has not been rectified . Would not order again
