Disappointed with the supplier JIAMEITRADE and product, Syma X5SW. The Quadcopter arrived within the expected delivery time but was not working. One of the 4 motors didn't spin so the toy was unable to fly. The supplier insisted in proof the product was not functional and resisted to provide instructions to return the material. Weeks after a video was provided and many email exchange with JIAMEITRADE we had to get Amazon involved to resolve the issue. The product (otherwise) looks promising but I don't know if Syma's quality is this bad. In my record 1 out of 1 didn't work and the company refused to replace it. I won't recommend either product or supplier to my friends.
