Despite the following problems, I guess I am going to have to keep this, it is going to be a struggle to get it back in box and lug to postal facility. Here is what I found in box that was totally intact: 1. the ironing board was totally protected in sealed plastic....check 2. there is a LOT of plastic holding this together......I found this disturbing 3. the plastic covering the feet of one of the "legs" was cracked/broken.....see photos 4. there is a plastic joint that fits in one of the "legs"....there are 2 very small screws that are supposed to be holding it together (really disturbing!!).......of those 2 screws, one is stripped or something....can't unscrew it, I am able to remove the other, but, it is set too low, so it doesn't connect to the plastic joint.....therefore, no screw is effectively holding the joint to the leg. The problem with this, other than the fact that I am counting on gravity and the weight of the iron, etc. to keep this joint together, is that it is very difficult to adjust the height. I have to VERY carefully hold onto the joint with one hand, push the release with the other and use both of MY legs to push the board legs together to raise it. I order LOTS of things online, but this one has turned out to be a huge headache.
