So I was in need of a skirt because at my work we are required to only wear the shirt they gave us and whatever bottoms we want to wear but to be uninformed my girl coworkers and I decided to wear skirts. I've been looking trying to find some good skirts at a good price and decided to buy this one in white. Now being a tiny (I'm 4'10) midsize girl I knew plus size wouldn't fit according to size (I wanted my skirt kinda short) and I knew the regular size was gonna have some issues. So overall here's my review: the skirt overall fit and I loved that it was high waisted but my butt lifted the back of the skirt basically showing my butt (do note the shorts underneath was also all up in my butt) and the little ruffles in the back couldn't really show through because they were being stretched by my butt. The front sorta highlighted my lower belly and because I wanted to tuck my shirt in it was a no-go for me and in addition to that (I don't know if it's because I was sorta stretching the material or if it was because the skirt was white) you were able to see through my skirt. I got a size large and it fit overall but it just wasn't it, not to mention the material felt like a thick cotton material that I knew I was gonna get hot in and I was looking for a more breathable, flowy, light material. For reference for my other midsize girls out there: height: 4'10 jean size: 12-16 hip/waist size: between a 32-34/35 bottom size: L-XL shirt size: M-L (XL if I want it baggy) Main areas: lower tummy is where I hold most of my weight and I have a big booty, my thighs are sorta big but it's because they're mainly muscle.
