When we first received the bed, we were very optimistic. Assembly went fairly easily, but that is where I stop praising this bad. Our daughter just turned six and weighs approximately 45 pounds. She slept in the bed for less than six weeks. We went to flip her mattress, and then we noticed the significant number of cracks forming in the wood. I don’t feel the bed is safe, even for somebody as light as her. She used to play with all her toys underneath of the bed, and I worry if the bed were to have collapsed on top of her. I now see the other reviews that share my same sentiments. I wish they were uploaded when I put made my purchase. This company should not be allowed to sell beds of this quality that we trust our children to be able to sleep in.
