Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I've read a lot of reviews where arrangements are poor quality or incorrect. I figured I'd give it a try anyway, and ordered these to give to a friend for her birthday. As you can see from the photo, this is the wrong arrangement, and it's not even that nice of an arrangement. I find this lack of attention to order accuracy to be unacceptable, and would not order and ship directly as a gift.
