Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I got this as a gift for my wife. She tried to download other browsers (other than the one came installed), she was not able to. She also tried to download YouTube app, turns out that it was blocked as well. Now, I read that, from January 1 2018, youtube will be blocked by Google because Amazon is preventing its competitors (Google, Apple, etc.) from selling products on its website. If my wife can't use youtube, for her this product is useless.
