This product is stamped Zhong Jian Le GB2626-2006KN95. It is manufactured by Chengde Technology Ltd and stamped ZHONG JIAN LE GB2626-2006KN95. It is approved under the FDA's Emergency Use Authorization as acceptable for use in a healthcare setting. I have no idea why. This mask fits very poorly (there is a preprint article you can find by searching that shows this particular model fit no one properly in a study of mask fit). Wish I had researched more before buying. It is very loose fitting and not possible to tighten in a way that makes a good fit, even with pulling the straps as tightly as possible. While it is advertised as 5 ply, there are areas of the mask that are clearly NOT 5 ply. The imprint and the dotted lines across the face of the mask, the areas where the ear straps connect, and the dotted lines just below the nosepiece are not of the same thickness as the rest of the mask. It looks like those areas are 1 ply and you can easily see light through these areas. It is quite comfortable to breath through, much more comfortable than a cloth mask, which is actually NOT a good thing in my view - my interpretation is that it is not providing adequate filtration because of the poor fit. It was designed as a dust mask, which it is probably fine for. But I would not rely on this mask to protect myself or my loved ones from COVID-19.
