I was wondering if the door is supposed to close all the way? Mine I have to jamb it in to even cook and then there is a gap in the door and the rest of the item. I see the issue, no nut on one of the screws on the handle, so the screw catches when trying to put in place. I never heard back from you so I guess you don't back your product? The handle is now broken. The 2 screws came out.
