There are two things that I don't like, one being very annoying...... 1.) The initial charging of the unit as per the manual, say the initial charge should be for about 16 hours....After the initial charge, should the battery run out, it will take 12 hours every time you need to recharge the unit. 2.) The handle/unit does not twist or should I say turn, so that you can direct the unit around a curve....More like holding and steering a stick. Unit power is OK, nothing to write home about.....Overall I believe one should pay more and go with a good cordless stick vac. We have been charging the unit since it was received, and unplugged it overnight, and re plugged it in, in the morning to continue the initial 16 hour charge. This unit does not have a newer standard Lithium Ion battery, that charges faster...
