I have been a huge fan of Nina Ottosson dog puzzles for many years, so it is with great sadness to be writing a negative review. We have the original version of Dog Worker, before Outward Hound took them over, and the differences to this newest version are startling. This one is Made In CHINA, with cheap plastic (it actually arrived broken). There is NO mention of the plastic being BPA free or nontoxic, so one has to assume that it is not a safe plastic for our dogs to have in their mouth. Additionally, the game has been dumbed down from the original, and while this isn't a huge big deal, it does make the puzzle more of a Level 2 than a Level 3. The original version of the game was made of safe, nontoxic, durable materials that won't harm your dog, it had three very clear levels, and came with detailed instructions on how to do each level with your dog (the new version hardly has any instructions, and it is nearly impossible to make the game a Level 1 for beginners) Overall, this new version is a disappointing, cheap version of the original, and not something I feel comfortable letting my dog play with. They are exposed to so many toxins, it's just not worth the risk. It is so, so sad that Nina Ottosson sold out and allowed her brilliant (and safe) products to become just another in a sea of cheap plastic products made by the lowest bidder. I will not buy another.
