The product worked very well after I received it. However, after not using it for several months I discovered that I was no longer able to open it with the combination and that the only way to do so was by using a key that came with it. Thinking that the batteries may have died, I installed new ones, but to no avail. I contacted the manufacturer and was told that I'd have to pay shipping both ways and possibly repair costs as well since I purchased it more than 30 days earlier. I decided that the cost and effort wasn't worth it! I've purchased a lot of items Online, but this ranks as my worst such buying experience!
