There's no point to this autobiography
I received this book in the mail, in an envelope with no sender information and no return address, saying only: "Open this envelope to read this exciting journey of being Changed" So, I read it. Across 31 chapters in 85 pages, the author (Tom Cantor, whoever that is) tells his story: growing up as a Jewish kid, breaking the rules and getting in trouble often, finally meeting a nice Christian girl and proposing to her over the objections of his family. Her levelheadedness is a good balance for his impetuousness, but shortly before the wedding she is raped by a stranger, and nine months later (after the wedding) she gives birth. They give up the child for adoption. But he sinks into a deep depression and no longer loves his wife the same way ("She was no longer wholesome. She had become defiled"). He seeks the help of a rabbi who turns out not to believe in Moses or the Passover. He then enters a church service, learns about Jesus, and accepts Jesus as the Passover lamb. That's all there is, aside for a bit more about putting his faith in God. I have no idea why I received this book in the mail or who sent it to me. And I really can't recommend it to anyone else; the story is dull and far from compelling, and in fact the way he talks about his wife after her rape seems disrespectful.
