Total waste of money and totally dissatisfied. Does not do what it is advertised to do. Cleans slightly dirty surfaces okay but not burned on even full strength with stainless steel scrubber which scratches the surface you are trying to clean. One of the few times I believed the ad and failed to read the comments. The picture is using full strength and letting set 10 minutes. Returned product.
