The flag pole arrived and the carton was damaged. The customer service dept allowed me to inspect it, and it appeared that it was not damaged. The pole is suppose to be 16 guage, well this replacement pole for the one that I had at the house I used to live in is definitely much lighter. The pole was made in China and was not mentioned in the description. I purchase a 20' replalcement from a different vendor and the shipping weight was almost 5 lbs heavier and the pole is much sturdier. I would not recommend buying this product.
