Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I purchased the play yard for my grandson for Christmas and after using it only 3 times he has injured himself. The gaps in the panels are much to wide as mentioned in many of the reviews I wish I had read prior to purchasing. His arm was almost broken after it was caught and he lost his balance and was hanging. Fortunately, I was with him and grabbed him before his arm snapped. I am very upset with this product and the fact GUPAMIGO and Amazon continue to sale it in the current form. There should be NO gaps. I also noted in a review from someone else, that GUPAMIGO listed on the directions #5 DO NOT LET BAB’Y’S HANDS AND FEET GET INTO THE GAP OF THE FENCE, WHICH WILL MAKE BABY HURTS. (Exactly how it was written per the reviewer) Seriously!! The company new the product caused injury!!! So instead changing it or not selling it GUPAMIGO removes # 5 ifrom the directions! Number 5 is completely missing from the directions I received! This is shameful! Please tell me how to obtain a refund and I will send you back your product. I am also contacting Amazon as this is listed as an Amazon top pick!!!
