I was shown what real 30-40mmHg looks like, they can practically stand on their own. This item is slightly stiff stockings with light compression. I additionally learned that the claim of any mmHg is random by any commercial manufacturer, as mmHg is not a regulated expression of compression. If you want true 30-40mmHg, go to an orthotic supplier in your area.
